Case Study: NewsletterThe Issue: Our client wanted to communicate to its customers in a positive way, beyond simply sending bills in the mail. The Solution: PriMedia created a two-page newsletter, mailed twice a year (fall and spring) that promoted the company’s plumbing, heating and cooling services. Each newsletter featured a welcoming letter from the company’s president, seasonal product promotions and special offers, customer and employee spotlights and helpful conservation advice. The Result: The newsletter not only increased the client’s visibility as a full service plumbing, heating and cooling provider – but also increased sales of plumbing equipment through promotions and coupons.
