The Issue: Our client, a major North American plumbing, heating and cooling association, wanted to increase its web presence among contractors (both members and non-members) as well as consumers.

The Solution: PriMedia created a robust website including updated events listings, "find a member" section, video downloads, a “tip of the day” and a secure member area. The site also contains a video personality representing the company, who guides visitors through the website’s various features.
