Case Study: Referral BrochureThe Issue: Our client, a leading regional plumbing, heating and cooling company, wanted to reward customers for their referrals. The Solution: Realizing that word-of-mouth is a sure way to gain new customers, PriMedia created a 3-panel brochure with a tear-off postage-paid reply card. The brochure explained that the customer would receive $25 off his or her next plumbing, heating or air conditioning repair for each person he or she referred, and encouraged the reader to list up to 3 referrals on the reply card.
